About The Role
We are hiring on behalf of a reputed and well-established hotel looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle their ongoing and upcoming hotel projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead hotel renovation, construction, or expansion projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and hotel management.
• Create detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Track progress, ensure timely completion, and report to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues during project execution.
• Maintain minimal disruption to hotel operations while managing projects.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Hotel Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction, design, and hotel infrastructure systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
