Our expansion into government and large-scale corporate projects is a strategic priority, and we are building a team to lead this high-impact vertical.

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Project Head to lead strategic engagements with government bodies , public sector undertakings (PSUs) , and large corporations such as L&T. This role demands a deep understanding of government operations, project compliance, and tender processes, alongside strong communication in Marathi , Hindi , and English . You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery—from liaising with stakeholders and managing bids to executing on-ground operations with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Plan, manage, and deliver large-scale projects in collaboration with government entities and corporate clients, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

• Government Liaison: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with officials in government departments, PSUs, and large infrastructure companies.

• Tender & Bid Management: Lead the end-to-end process of government tenders—preparation, submission, negotiation, and follow-up.

• Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to government protocols, regulations, and documentation standards throughout all project phases.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary interface between Zyax Chem and key clients, providing timely updates and resolving concerns.

• Language Proficiency: Communicate confidently across English, Hindi, and Marathi with stakeholders across government and corporate levels.

• Team Coordination: Direct and manage internal project teams to ensure smooth implementation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, with a solutions-first approach.

• Networking & Representation: Attend meetings, industry forums, and government events to strengthen institutional relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on government or infrastructure projects.

• Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government officials and corporate clients such as L&T or similar large organizations.

• Fluency in Marathi , Hindi , and English is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of government tendering, compliance, and documentation processes.

• Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.

Preferred Attributes

• Existing network within relevant government departments or infrastructure firms.

• Prior experience in construction chemicals, coatings, or related industrial solutions.

• Familiarity with contract negotiation and government procurement systems.

• Ability to manage risk and navigate bureaucratic complexities effectively.
