We are scaling aggressively in the U.S. and are building a national project execution team capable of running 100+ installers across multiple states simultaneously.
The Role
We are seeking a high-performance U.S. Project Manager who can fully own execution from kickoff to turnover.
This is not a paperwork-only role.
This is boots-on-the-ground leadership.
You will manage:
Large-scale racking installations
Conveyor and automation buildouts
Mezzanine installations
Industrial renovations
Multi-crew deployments across multiple states
You are responsible for profitability, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Core ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
Manage projects from PO to final turnover
Oversee field supervisors and subcontractor crews
Coordinate equipment, labour, and material mobilization
Ensure schedule adherence and milestone delivery
Financial Accountability
Protect gross margins (target 25–35%+)
Track labor productivity daily
Approve time sheets and subcontractor invoices
Control change orders and prevent scope creep
Forecast project profitability weekly
Labour & Field Management
Manage 10–100+ installers depending on project scale
Coordinate millwrights, electricians, racking installers
Enforce safety compliance across all job sites
Work with dispatch to scale crews up or down as needed
Client Management
Lead client walkthroughs
Provide daily and weekly project reporting
Resolve field issues in real time
Maintain high client satisfaction scores
Compliance & Safety
Ensure OSHA compliance
Verify all certifications (equipment, WAH, etc.)
Maintain incident rate under company threshold
Lead toolbox talks and documentation
KPIs (Performance Driven Role)
You will be evaluated on:
Gross Margin Protection
On-Time Completion Percentage
Labour Efficiency Rate
Change Order Capture Percentage
Safety Incident Rate
Client Satisfaction Scores
Revenue Managed Per Month
Error Rate (target under 2%)
Qualifications
5+ years experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects
Experience with racking, mezzanines, conveyors, or automation preferred
Proven ability to manage multi-state crews
Strong understanding of labor productivity metrics
Comfortable traveling 50–75%
Experience working with subcontractor networks
OSHA 30 preferred
Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings

Pay: $60,306.69 - $90,874.73 per year
