Job Title: Project Manager - Interior Design
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our interior design projects in Bangalore.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of interior design projects. You will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, driving seamless communication and ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and Interpret Drawings: Review and interpret 2D/3D drawings across all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.).
• Identify Design Gaps and Risks: Identify design gaps and anticipate potential execution risks.
• Validate Work Orders and Documentation: Validate and review work orders, BOQs, drawings, and related documentation.
• Develop Project Schedules: Develop detailed project execution schedules with clear task interdependencies.
• Maintain Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to ensure quality control.
• Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and instructions to Site Supervisors (Project Executives).
Requirements:
• Education: Graduate in Management/Construction Management, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes.
• Experience: Strong background in Project Management/Engineering/Architecture with 3+ years of experience.
• Skills: Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and mitigate risks proactively.
