Design & Site Coordination: Ensure all on-site measurements, finishes, and drawings align with client-approved designs.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and skilled labor teams, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
Budgeting & Procurement: Adhere to project budgets and oversee procurement of materials.
Quality & Safety Control: Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards of workmanship.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates.
