Punchh Tech India Pvt. Ltd (Fully Owned Subsidiary of Punchh Inc. USA) is looking for 'Associate Project Manager" for it’s mobile & web software. A suitable candidate should be hands-on with flow diagrams. The ideal candidate is one who is able to participate in keeping a lot of tasks on the radar for monitoring. Can participate in PM meetings, understand project plans and related attributes and easy to get along with people in different teams.
SKILLS:
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Good listening skills.
• Must know some programming.
• Go getter attitude
• Overall 3-4 years of experience (Min. 3+ yrs relevant experience as Associate Project Manager / Project Manager)
Skillset:-
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Well versed in defining project activity and project resource planning
• Good in monitoring Progress of the project
• Expert in project documentation and release
• Experience in managing project reports
• Good in controlling time management in project
• Well versed with Android and iOS build release process
• Acquaintance with : Jira/Asana/Monday/Gantt-Chart/Kanban/Scrum/Agile
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Articulative in thought process, Proactive and go getter attitude.
• Experience of working with 3rd parties and multiple stakeholders.
• Overall 8+ years of experience (Min. 3+ yrs relevant experience as Associate Project Manager / Project Manager)
• Pragmatic and team player with an attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• The individual is expected to lead the implementation life cycle, starting with Project Kick-off, Business Requirement Gathering, Solution and Designing, User Acceptance Testing and Project Hand-Off.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to explain complex requirements in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience of driving project implementations through both project and business analysis skills.
• Driving client workshops to understand requirements and/or present and validate potential solutions
• Reviewing and Analysing the client’s business operations and processes.
• Ability to document Business Requirements and Functional Solution Design of high quality with no ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to work effectively across departments.
• Deliver owned tasks within the schedule and timelines agreed with Project Manager and/or Client.
• Research for alternative approaches to solve problems.
• Managing issues and risks with Program Manager as required knowledge of project management tool.
• Well versed with Dev and QA end to end processes.
