Short Description
To support HMCL in being a fast growing company with fast increasing number of projects, this required Project support members to support commuter, scooter, premium motorcycles, Leap/Lead/Multisourcing and R-flows. This job holder is contribute towards lead time improvement of material availability by generating, tracking, transferring of material required for testing within department and across departments for all project platforms against various models undergoing various stages of testing and development.
Key Responsibilities
• Timely transportation of material inter and intradepartmental CoCs. (Weightage: 30%).
• Store related issues in component availability to M&F/design/cal&dev/vehicle build team.
• Alignment of rework activities/part modification for trials or engine build.
• Component planning & handover to vehicle build team for vehicle testing & issue troubleshooting
• Component movement documentation to vendor for failed parts/part modifications as per design, development & M&F team requirement.
• Parts /engines movement support
Skills Information

• Expert understanding MS Project /other related.
• Functional knowledge of MS office Knowledge of IT resources/hardware needed
• Amicable Interaction with multiple agencies to keep the schedules updated
• High number of Projects/parts tracking at the same time

Relevant Experience
