Job Description- Project Manager (Real Estate)
Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of real estate projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure successful project execution within established timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including design development, procurement, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule Management: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and implement strategies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of information.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, update project documentation, and maintain project records for future reference.
• Change Management: Manage project changes and variations, evaluate their impact, and implement appropriate procedures to accommodate modifications.
• Project Evaluation: Conduct project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance project performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate project management principles, processes, and best practices. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all project deliverables.
• Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
