Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
• Understand client requirements and facilitate communication between clients and project managers.
• Ensure technical requirements are met and can explain them to others.
• Provide guidance and motivation to implement quality performance.
• Set project goals and ensure successful completion.
• Communicate with clients regarding implementation queries.
• Prior experience in implementing interiors for luxury villas or residential projects is preferred.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments.
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD and MS Office is required.
• Collaborate with clients and designers from concept to completion.
Qualifications
• Diploma in civil engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in the residential interior industry.
• Excel proficiency is essential, while knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi.
