Project Manager, Datasembly

As a Project Manager within SPINS Datasembly team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of internal initiatives and projects for our clients - many of which are Fortune 500s. You'll be tasked with building a deep understanding of our data collection, matching and mapping process, and migration efforts - leveraging that to collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineers. This is partly a client-facing role, and you'll be responsible for onboarding matching clients, and capturing their valuable feedback. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing multiple internal and external projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent project management skills and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management: Take ownership of internal data migration projects. Own our matching and mapping process, providing clear communication on project status, timelines, and progress updates. Drive project deadlines, proactively identify and escalate any potential blockers, and ensure collaboration among teammates involved.
Managing Multiple Customer Projects: Oversee and manage a portfolio of multiple different matching and mapping projects/clients simultaneously. Prioritize tasks, coordinate across teams, outline required resources and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Deep Understanding of Matching and Mapping Process: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our matching process and guidelines, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of its principles and functionality so that you can lead these projects internally and externally with customers.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineers to effectively implement projects, remove blockers, and meet deadlines.
Consistently Iterate: Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project execution phases. Distill and communicate this feedback, making it actionable for relevant teams to drive improvements.
Communicate Effectively with Customers: Serve as the point of contact for clients during the onboarding and executing process for matching and mapping projects. Facilitate a smooth experience, provide guidance, and address any concerns they may have - escalating as necessary.
Tracking Project Metrics: Improve and maintain a system for tracking and analyzing project metrics. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and enhance overall project performance.
What we need from you:

1-3 years of proven project management experience.
Results-focused, and able to effectively manage multiple CPG and Retailer relationships with complex, time-sensitive projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best
practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize project metrics for
decision-making.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project
requirements and challenges.
Other desired experience:

Experience in Big Data, SaaS software company or related industry.
Understanding of the CPG and Retail landscape.
Experience working directly with customers.
Experience with Excel, Zendesk, Click-Up and/or Shortcut.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 CAD
