Job Description
This is a tech ops role where the multiple RPA OEMs are deployed
Manage the RPA infrastructure, development and production environment and front lead any environment changes
Preference for those who have managed Automation Anywhere as a OEM
Manage the RPA CoE model wherein the lead will engage with Senior stakeholders in the bank independently to report the progress/blockers on a regular basis
Manage the OEM engagements for product specific issues and upgrades
Liasion with IT team to deploy product features
Ability to leverage best practices of coding /dev community of one OEM to another and cross pollinate
Manage a team of 50+ developers and Lead system changes/enhancements along with IT team independently,
Liaison between process SME, IT team and RPA vendor for implementing or deploying BOT or operations of BOT
Strong in conceptualizing ideas & converting into functional & non-functional BRD and UD documents
Provide solutions to the BOTs bug/issue, troubleshooting and understands the BOT studio environment
Conceptual knowledge of Robotics process automation, AI and ML is a must
Identify process redesign , RCA of an issue and present to the senior management and get a buy-in from all stakeholders for implementation
Strong negotiation skills in terms of closing vendor agreements for any solutions/application or software purchase
Manage the PMO of projects through robust tracking mechanisms
Strong presentation skills in designing a strategic idea and presenting to the senior management
Strong in data analytics, cost benefit analysis and impact assessment of projects identified
In previous roles, must have led projects basis project management phases with multiple stakeholders
Taking initiatives & advising best practices to improve quality & TAT for the unit
Knowledge of basic system/application architecture components
Strong communication skills to interact with Peers from the teams / cross functional & Senior Management.
Should have managed a Team of at least 5-10 employees and 50+ developers
