Job Description
A Tier 1 mining company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-profile project team. The Project manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a global program of work. This role will closely collaborate and manage business stakeholders and vendors throughout the project duration.
The Project Manager role ideally requires delivery of Cloud based applications and ideally a knowledge of S4 HANNA. You will be working with global stake holders so there will be some work required out of normal work hours.
This is a 10-month day rate contract for an experienced Project Manager with an immediate start available. Ideally based in Perth with work from home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Project manage the execution of the global cloud application program work, including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Manage assigned project resources to ensure successful completion of the project and product requirements in line with schedule and budget.
Manage project schedules to ensure that necessary modules and development activities are completed according to the project plan.
Prepare project budgets, attain necessary approvals in a timely manner, and monitor project financials and benefits tracking throughout the life of the project.
Manage the vendor to ensure deliverables are met and are of the required quality.
Manage stakeholders and their expectations through the application of stakeholder management disciplines.
Experience:
Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodology and working with Agile product teams.
Significant experience building and leading diverse, high-performing project teams.
Experience managing SAP technology-based projects.
