About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Project Coordinator to support the delivery of hospitality, retail, and mixed-use fit-out projects across Sydney.
This is a flexible role working from home, with occasional site visits required, supporting end-to-end project delivery—from design through to construction and handover.
This role is suited to a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is confident coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing projects from concept through to completion
Coordinate design consultants, architects, and engineers
Track project programs, milestones, and deliverables
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
Support procurement processes and contractor engagement
Monitor budgets, variations, and cost reporting
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and site teams
Assist with authority approvals and compliance coordination
About You
2+ years’ experience in project management
Experience in hospitality or fit-out projects highly regarded
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Based in Sydney, NSW and available for site visits as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
