Job Title: Delivery Assurance Execution Manager for the Delivery Assurance Chapter in CT&I Domain
Location: Pune
Role Description
This position sits in Cloud Transformation and Integration (CT&I) Domain of Technology Transformation & Integration (TT&I) within the Chief Technology Office. The scope of this significant role covers two main areas of responsibility. Firstly, the Delivery element, which involves providing delivery guidance to programmes/projects within the Cloud Transformation & Integration (CT&I) and Infrastructure Architecture & Cloud (IA&C) Domains. Secondly, the Governance component, which entails defining, implementing and ensuring adherence to governance and change management standards across these two domains within Cirrus. The position reports into the CT&I Delivery Assurance Chapter Lead and is a key member of the Management Team for the domain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track and analyse Cirrus CTO projects across multiple governance requirements including building meaningful dashboards/reporting against PRs/POs, Non-labour transactions, hiring projections, risks/issues linked to projects' objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Manage portfolio spend according to the agreed financial plan and provide proposals to adjust financial plan when better insight reveals more appropriate costs. Reporting of monthly cost, and benefits via change governance hierarchies inside and outside the domain.
• Leadership and coordination of CTO CTB budget i.e. re-allocations and reductions, challenging where appropriate, providing recommendations on how best to approach based on agreed criteria and working with project teams to execute
• Maintain stakeholder awareness, engagement and communication, including regular reporting to portfolio sponsors, stakeholders and governance forums
• Effective operation of the portfolios within the defined governance hierarchy, ensuring relevant and appropriate analysis, providing management information and reporting
• Setting standards and proposing improvements to current sub-optimal processes for the operating model and structure of the Delivery Assurance Chapter to better support CT&I and IA&C domains within the Agile norms/construct whilst ensuring adherence to bank-wide Change Governance Framework.
• Ensure regular communication and dialogue with CT&I and IA&C project PMO leads, Central Cirrus Programme Team, CTO COOs, CTO Business Management and Infrastructure Finance functions with regard to investment planning & budget process, programme and project financials, CTB resource/headcount tracking, benefit realisation and change management
• Champion agile ways of working and align financial and delivery governance best practices to the wider Cirrus Programme processes, challenging and recommending where necessary
