Job Description
Looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer). He would be responsible for monitoring ongoing upcoming projects and ensuring the quality of the work is as per design standards.
Responsibilities
• Preparation of concise design briefs to the Design Coordinator for design preparation including budget allowances for works required.
• Regularly review the productivity, effectiveness, quality and profitability of projects, including project follow-up to monitor project deliverables.
• Responsible for implementing an effective project framework for ongoing upcoming projects both for Civil and interior and monitor the project timelines at the site.
• Bridge the gap between Design, the execution team and will ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
• Coordinate with Clients, Team Members, Consultants, authorities to provide project related data/information and Interacting with Service Consultants / Partners, Project Team Technical Staff for execution of project.
• Ensure that all project stakeholders and consultants are working closely and the documentation set is a coordinated one and all consultants are aligned to respective deliverables.
• Attend all project site meetings to monitor and manage the project delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities and also check the raw materials and other basic materials.
• Monitor and control changes/variations and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting design guidelines.
• Support, understand and advise the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of the project.
• Strive to eliminate health and safety risks during construction.
• Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders
• Build, maintain and continue to develop appropriate professional relationships and networks within the industry.
• Ensure professional standards are maintained and company objectives in relation to budget targets, service quality, company reputation, OHS and environmental standards are met and take responsibility for compliance with external and internal standard.
