Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager – Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and manage project-based sales activities in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee sales strategies and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives under the SCL CORA brand, including promoting uPVC windows and doors for building and apartment projects.
Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, government contractors, architects, and other key players in the construction and building materials industry.
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to address the specific needs of builders, developers, contractors, government contractors, and architects. Focus on understanding client project requirements and offering customized solutions.
Oversee the entire project sales lifecycle, from generating leads to final delivery, with a focus on collaborating with builders, developers, and contractors to meet project timelines and specifications.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless execution of orders for builders, contractors, and architects.
Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and connect with developers, contractors, and architects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during all sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with builders, developers, contractors, government contractors, and architects.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing projects successfully.
Strong knowledge of the Delhi-NCR market and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
