About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Sales & Consulting to lead client engagements across strategy, sales, marketing, and overall business growth. The role involves working closely with CXO/Director-level stakeholders and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead consulting assignments in strategy, sales, marketing, and business growth.
• Drive client growth and ensure achievement of short-term and long-term objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of consultants to achieve defined KPIs.
• Engage with CXO/Director-level clients to deliver business results.
• Understand client challenges and design effective business growth strategies.
• Implement growth strategies both on-site and off-site.
• Solve complex business problems with a structured approach.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills:
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Team handling and leadership experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong research and business analysis skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Qualifications:
• BBA / MBA / Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8–10 years of experience in Management Consulting (preferred) or Sales (Outbound/Direct/Channel Sales).
• Experience in improving operational efficiency across manufacturing, trading, or service industries is preferred.
