Part-Time, Term Contract: 0.8 FTE for 6 months, transitioning to 0.5 FTE until 30 June 2027.
About the role
The Project Manager supports development and evaluation of a telehealth Mother-Infant Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (T-MiDBT) trial, coordinating research activities, data, ethics, grants, and collaboration with clinicians and lived-experience experts to advance perinatal and infant mental health.
Key duties of the role
Lead research planning and run pilot studies to guide project direction.
Develop and evaluate T-MiDBT, adapting the program for telehealth with clinical and lived-experience teams.
Ensure compliance with ethics, governance, privacy, legislation and intellectual property requirements.
Prepare grants, reports and scientific outputs, and build research networks across the Unit.
Liaise with stakeholders to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and research progress.
Skills and Experience
A relevant doctoral or other equivalent qualification and appropriate research experience.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative aspects of clinical research in perinatal mental health.
Well-developed skills in data and information research, extraction, collection, analysis, recording and presentation
Proven experience in working within a scientific research role
Proven experience in coordinating or supporting the delivery of effective scientific research activities
