We are looking for Project Manager / Team Lead with the proficiency of Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing custom web & mobile app development projects from scratch, while leveraging latest technologies problem solving approach and current design/development trends. The ideal candidate:

Job Responsibilities:
To understand raw requirements from clients and to come up with a plan/strategy to shape the requirements into a ROI driven product/app. To create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
To create project DFD (Data Flow Diagram), SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) and Project Prototyping to compliment project delivery deadline.
To proficiently manage the complete project life cycle including writing a charter, doing estimation, creating a plan, planning resources, managing risk, tracking, and monitoring delivery, communicating project status, and signing off the project.
To assign and allocate tasks to software developers (frontend, backend, mobile and QA) while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Clear decision-making ability, with the ability to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues - the ability to balance. Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
To interact with senior management at client side and/or within Acropolis, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
You will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
To handle multiple PoC / Pilot build projects on various innovations.
To handle client visit, joint solutioning with the client team, work on building joint PoC (Proof of Concept) with the clients and alliance partners.
Should be open to take short term billable Consulting roles to facilitate downstream business.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Good influencing and persuasion skills, with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams and to build successful relationships at all levels - good team player and highly self-motivated
