Role Description
GNM is responsible for managing external entity relationships (Deutsche Bank branches, Central Securities Depositories and Third parties) on behalf of Deutsche Bank entities globally, across all major business lines.
The GNM India is responsible for accounts managements which includes opening, amendment and closure of the account held at agent and internally and its related controls. Recertification of all depots and nostro accounts globally both externally with the external entity network and internally with all business owners. Fees invoicing for the agent bank network and works very closing with Birmingham team, alongside delivering a range of projects.
These team ensures that GNM meet expectations of both the Nostro Depot Account Governance Policy implemented by Treasury and satisfy audit and regulatory requirements for the on-going monitoring and control of accounts.

Your key responsibilities
Establishes and maintains project plan design, resourcing, milestone and budget management, risk and issue tracking, project status reporting, production of structured project documentation.
Establishes and maintains Program Level Governance to ensure clear routes of escalation are in place and control procedures are available for managing the initiatives such as resource utilization, change control and maintenance.
Provides executive Level Reporting to fulfil stakeholder requirements on progress against key criteria such as cost, schedule, risks, issues, and benefits.
Establishes and maintains quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio
Proactively highlights and, where appropriate, escalates key delivery risks and issues to senior management - providing an independent view of project and programme health.
Ensure the appropriate support structures are in place to support required meeting outputs and artifacts.
Lead WG with key stakeholders, subject matter experts & program members, ensure that these are accurately documented and distributed appropriately.
Attend external industry sessions, dealing with internal and external audit requests.
Ensure effective and accurate status and progress reporting and identification of issues & risks to the project working group and the stakeholder.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document requirements, through leading workshops, working groups, and participating in external industry working groups.
Ensure that all project lifecycle requirements such as testing, training and transition plans are defined and complete using standardized methodologies & templates.
Your Skills and Experience:
Minimum 15+ years of Investment Banking (Operations) experience with familiarity of financial markets. Previous Network Management experience a plus and preferred.
Experience as a project manager cum Business Analyst role.
Experience in securities processing / sub custody / settlements or corporate actions is preferred / Ensuring deep working knowledge of cash payments products and operational processes related to Cash Management and Treasury
Demonstrable experience in governing portfolios of complex transformation programs with standardized methodologies or frameworks.
Ability to lead workshops (e.g. requirements gathering, option evaluation), project analysis and design effort, support analysts/experts from line roles with appropriate structure, guidance, targets, templates and quality control
Ability to assess and manage key stakeholder project needs and expectations
Sufficient technical knowledge to be able to liaise with IT project manager and staff, understand IT project lifecycle, discuss technical architecture issues and options, and communicate formal functional & non-functional requirements
Fluent written and spoken English
