Project Manager
Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is on the lookout for a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our team and help deliver the infrastructure that enables our communities across Aotearoa.
This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives on delivering high-quality outcomes, building strong client relationships, and leading with integrity. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from end to end—ensuring they’re delivered safely on time, and within budget, while aligning with our strategic vision
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga
3+ years’ experience managing multiple projects of $500k - $1M+ in value.
Strong commercial contracting or project management background.
Proven ability to manage clients and deliver on contractual commitments.
Excellent computing and systems skills (Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project – Procore will be a plus).
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
Site Safety certification and a full Class 1 driver’s licence.
PRINCE2 or PMP certification will be looked upon favourably
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
Leading the delivery of a variety of Refurbishment, Building upgrades and New Build Projects.
Managing project budgets, procurement, programming, and contract administration.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Championing sustainability, cultural inclusion, and organisational values in every aspect of your work.
As you will be managing multiple projects across Aotearoa, some travel will be required
