Roles and Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Team, stakeholder, vendor management.
2 Coordinating with Technology partner, business and operations teams for gathering
requirements, Understand Requirement, Feasibility Check, Prepare BRD and Requirement
Sign-off
3 Design solution along with solution provider by understanding requirements for Retail Asset
vertical.
4 Track deliveries, plan for testing, test plan and case preparation, testing and Implementation
5 Project planning, regular project updates, timely escalations, define testing strategy, testing
plan/scenario definition, test case preparation and execute testing. Raise, retest issues
identified as a part of testing.
6 Defining and track the deliverables against the plan and agreeing on the same with all the
stakeholders.
7 Experience in all phases of project life cycle including requirement gathering, solution design,
UAT testing, support and documentation.
8 User training and providing inputs on queries raised
+ Manage the system functionality implementation end to end.
10 Identify opportunities for process automation to minimize manual interventions.
11 Ensure quality testing and proper user training
12 Act as an individual contributor for developing and customizing various lending and finance
related applications as per business requirement.
