JOB DESCRIPTION About the Company/Business The BSG team designs and develops innovative business solutions to meet the business requirements. They partners with Fintechs and other IT firms to leverage innovative solutions for the business. They are responsible for end-to-end Program Management of all initiatives in Wholesale Business.
What are the areas (in quantitative terms) the job has an impact on A Project Manager drives projects in automation with Agile methodology.
He manages requirement analysis (including coordinating with business & as well as Vendor), overall solutioning approach, Gap Analysis, and BRS/FRS preparation.
He tracks the development and define testing strategy. He is involved in troubleshooting & debugging of the process, post-implementation application maintenance and enhancement support for the applications.
Key Deliverables Overall development of project plan Finalization of Requirement gathering documents (BRD) Timely Delivery of product/ software application Managing Cost Budget Project Documentation Regulatory and Compliance Qualification and Experience Graduate in Technology/ MBA 10-12 Years of exp in Technology Implementations specifically area of automation of banking processes Prior experience on Microsoft automation suit (including but not limited to Powerapps, Power BI etc.).
Prior experience in AI/ML related automation project Prior project management experience including vendor as well as internal stakeholder management and reporting to top management.
Job Skills Managing Expectation ( internal and external stakeholders) Have Domain Specific Product Knowledge Prior experience in automation projects
