Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of projects within our company. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in project management. The job location is in Pune, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is full-time.
Qualifications And Skills
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in development strategy, cost reduction, and project monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in vendor management and cost savings strategies
• Track record of achieving project goals and delivering successful outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, PMP certification is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within the company
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Allocate resources and coordinate project team members to achieve project objectives
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project implementation
• Establish and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results to identify areas for improvement
