Project Marketing Coordinator – Digital Marketing Services
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Project Marketing Coordinator to support our Service Department in managing digital marketing activities and client communication. The ideal candidate will work closely with our internal Digital Marketing Executive to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timely job postings, and strong client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for service clients related to digital marketing.
Coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to track campaign progress and ensure timely delivery.
Understand client briefs and translate them into clear action items.
Ensure accurate and timely job postings for client hiring campaigns.
Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and share updates with clients.
Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and requirements.
Maintain internal trackers and ensure smooth documentation of campaign activities.
Support the improvement of internal processes and communication flows.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in client coordination or project handling within a digital marketing or service-based company.
Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns (Google & Meta Ads preferred).
Strong communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Proficient in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting formats.
A client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
