The Opportunity
The National Security TAFE Centre of Excellence builds knowledge, skills, and processes to develop Australia’s sovereign capability and ensure its capacity to build sovereign manufacturing, digital and technology capabilities, and enhance and protect Australia’s national security.
The Project Officer engages with leaders and staff across the Centre of Excellence Directorate, providing administrative support, expert advice and project skills to support Business Unit and TAFE SA strategic outcomes. The role is expected to work under broad guidelines to support, plan, coordinate and deliver advice related to the activities of the Centre of Excellence Directorate.
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated experience developing, managing and delivering on projects or multiple workflows, working in a complex environment, responding flexibly to changing priorities and moving from detail to larger, strategic issues.
Demonstrated ability to deploy professional integrity and tact in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
High-level problem solving and strategic skills, including an ability to involve oneself and others in processes to achieve a shared goal.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
