Job Description- Project Officer Purpose of this Position: To deliver Rubaroo's core programmes and provide counselling services to child and adult stakeholders of Rubaroo. Location MumbaiTime Commitment Full TimeReporting to Project HeadKey Responsibilities1 Programmes ● Outreach to schools and NGOs to create buy-in for Rubaroo's services ● Conducting Rubaroo's programmes with NGOs, schools and ● Following up with schools/ NGOs/ communities on developments after the intervention ● Conducting research in relation to Rubaroo's programmes ● Documenting and analysing data on the programmes ● Preparation of reports on the programmes for internal and external stakeholders ● Provide first-aid counselling services to children ● Provide counselling services /handling case work2. Marketing and Fundraising ● Support the fundraising efforts of the organisation by assisting with campaigns and events Qualifications and Experience: ● Masters in Counselling/Clinical Psychology/Social work ● 0-3 years. Freshers are welcome Knowledge and Skills: ● Must be fluent in English and Hindi. A fair command over Marathi would be appreciated ● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite ● Teaching experience/ workshop facilitation experience would be appreciated ● Require good interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task Major Interactions: ● Would report to the Project Head for all matters related to Programmes.● Would liaise with schools and NGOs for programme outreach and conduction ● Would interact with teachers, parents and children for the delivery of Rubaroo's programmes Salary: Rs 22,300/-Please send your CV
