Role Description
• Responsible for technical design, coding, automated unit testing and integration
• Developing reusable objects and high-quality code that serve process automation
• Documentation along the guidelines with PDD (Process Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document) which are aligned and approved by the respective domains
• Perform SIT and UAT together with the business representatives as well as taking care of Hypercare
Commercial Banking Tribe
You'll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.
We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.
Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape

Your key responsibilities
• As team member of the Squad you are able to design, develop, test & support the implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions using primarily Blue Prism and ensure other developers are following the coding standards and guide them on release cycles etc. as Lead
• You write clear, maintainable, and reusable code and take part in code reviews to ensure that features are developed at high quality standards.
• You create and maintain the project (process) documentation e.g., like PDD and SDD and provide guidance and standards for other team members.
• You accompany the projects over their life cycle and especially work together with the operations team to handover RPA processes, support by analyzing & fixing the issues as part of the hand-over; ensuring that solutions can be successfully integrated into the overall environment.
• You are working in a cross disciplined agile team with shared responsibility and high autonomy and actively share your knowledge.
Your skills and experience
• University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience
• 10+ years of experience developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions preferably by using Blue Prism
• You have an excellent understanding of business requirements and business processes and demonstrate a structured and independent way of working with very strong problem-solving skills.
• You are an excellent team player who likes to share content and best practices, with strong communication skills, and can communicate fluently in English.
• You are familiar with agile way of working.
