• Experience in TMT sale in Institutional project for Govt. Project and Pvt. Project in construction business of regions.
• Maintaining data base of customers of real estate Govt. contractors of the region
• Get approval for the project and Liaison .
• Co-ordinate with local sales head/HO improve branding visibility of brand in region.
• Carrying out Post order Management Activities.
• Costing of tender.
• Getting New Clien
• Payment Collections as Per Terms agreed with Customer
• Keep track of new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales
• Achieve Sales targets and generate productivity.
