Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to lead and drive business growth in the building materials industry? Finolex Industries Limited is seeking a Project Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion in Pune (Maharashtra and Jaipur (Rajasthan) locations.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
???? Strategic Sales Leadership:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive mass sales in housing, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with Builders, MEPs, Architects, and Contractors to maximize business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and onboard new channel partners, ensuring seamless integration.
???? Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
• Lead the charge in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Expand market presence and drive revenue growth in the projects segment.
???? Product Awareness & Market Expansion:
• Launch new products through strategic meetings, presentations, and awareness campaigns.
• Conduct Builders, Contractors, and Influencers (Engineers, Applicators) meets to educate and promote product applications.
• Submit quotations and BOQs to builders while providing end-to-end solutions for site challenges.
???? Sales Promotions & Marketing Initiatives:
• Oversee ATL & BTL promotional activities at builder offices, sites, exhibitions, and plumber meets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement channel marketing strategies.
• Ensure effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from the builders/contractors segment.
???? Relationship Management & Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Builders, MEPs, Contractors, and Architects.
• Organize special promotional activities to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
???? Reporting & Performance Analysis:
• Track and report sales KPIs within channel partners.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Head on performance and market insights.
• Your Profile:
✔ Graduate/Postgraduate with 12 to 18 years of experience in Project Sales.
✔ Strong knowledge of the Building Material Industry (Preferably from Pipes and Fitting industry).
✔ Proven ability to lead, strategize, and drive results.
Key Competencies:
✅ Excellent communication & presentation skills.
✅ Strong team handling experience (more than 6 members team)
✅ Proficiency in advanced Excel & dashboard preparation for reporting and analytics.
