What You’ll Be Doing ️
Drive Revenue with Precision: Manage repainting projects with revenue targets per quarter, ensuring schedules and budgets run like clockwork.
Push Profitability with Upsells: Identify upsell opportunities and bring in accepted variations.
Lead Crews of Subcontractors: Oversee subcontractor teams, keep them focused, and bring in extra hands when needed.
Customer Management: Be the go-to for clients, keeping them informed and satisfied every step of the way.
Hit Revenue Targets & Collaborate: Meet quarterly revenue goals, earn bonuses, and participate in GSR (Goals, Strategy, Results) sessions to sharpen your skills.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Project Management Experience: You’ve run major projects, keeping them on time and on budget.
Customer-First Communicator: Build trust, manage expectations, and keep clients happy.
Confident in Upselling: Identify and communicate value-added opportunities effectively.
Accountability and Drive: You own your work and deliver results, not excuses.
Organised and Tech-Savvy: Keep everything running smoothly with no drama or finger-pointing.
We Hire Leaders, Not Backgrounds: Experience managing large-scale projects, subcontractor teams, or working in property services is a bonus—but not essential if you’ve got the drive to deliver.
