RF-Domain Experts : There are two types of RF engineers: 1. Those who work with Telecom companies for site optimization ; 2. Those who work as Scientists to develop RF technologies. These people work for ISRO, DRDO, BEL, HAL, Anterwarta, M3 systems, Core-el, etc. we want the 2nd ones.
Job Profile
• You will develop and program algorithms for RF measurements and Hardware-in-loop systems for RADAR, Communication, Electronic Warfare and in-general high speed measurement applications
• You will be responsible for interacting with Scientists and Engineers involved in building Cutting edge products in Microwave and millimetre wave with a goal to understand the complete system requirements and propose a technical solution
• You shall be responsible for design of various systems useful for test of Radars, Simulators and Active/Passive RF components
• You shall be responsible for open research on algorithms required to meet the measurements requirements of potential customers.
• You shall be responsible for scouting market to figure out right instruments/ RF components required to meet the measurement requirements of potential customers.
• You will be required to support Technical requirements of Sales team and participate in submission of competitive analysis, technical proposals, test specifications document and tender bid submissions.
• An Ideal candidate shall be:
• The ideal candidate will bring a mix of expertise in communications and RADAR theory to include waveform types, signal propagation, signal modulation, and end-to- end signal flow
• A candidate that has a background in microwave engineering would have the skills needed.
• Most of the work will be technical, requiring someone that can dig into engineering details and can advise the customer as their technical expert.
• Some programmatic support will be required as well.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarization with Communication and RADAR Theory
• Good Team player
• Should be open to travel at short notice
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Qualification:
• Must be an Engg Graduate BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication
• Around 2-3 years' experience in RF Testing domain
• System Engineering experience
