PQE: 3–7 years
LLB Batch 2013–2017.

📍 Location: Mumbai
What you’ll do
• Draft/review EPC, O&M, concession, PPP and project development docs
• Advise on bid/RfP/RfQ, regulatory & approvals, land/ROW, construction, and O&M issues
• Negotiate with developers, EPCs, contractors, and government counterparties
• Support diligence and risk allocation through the project lifecycle
What you’ll bring
• Solid, hands-on highways and renewables (solar/wind) project experience
• Strong drafting/negotiation skills and stakeholder management
• LLB; top law-firm training; ability to run workstreams independently
