Job Description
As a Large Construction Project Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving IMCOR's growth by managing relationships, closing sales, and promoting our HVAC and plumbing services. Your responsibilities will include:
Meet or exceed annual sales goals for HVAC and plumbing service and maintenance agreements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing account management and contract renewals.
Promote all aspects of IMCOR’s services, including repair, replacement, upgrades, and retrofits.
Act as a professional role model, setting high standards in work habits, appearance, and client interactions.
Partner with HVAC and Plumbing Service Supervisors to ensure successful project execution and technical support.
Work closely with dispatch, coordinators, and accounting teams to streamline processes.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to track trends and remain competitive.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
Monitor job-site performance for quality control and collect client feedback.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or related industries.
A solid understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic planning and project management proficiency.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
