In this role, you'll craft compelling video content that brings our audio narratives to life across social media and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit and assemble raw footage and AI-generated visuals into polished, high-quality videos.
- Apply clean transitions, basic animations, and engaging lower-thirds.
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
AI Visual Creation
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Kling) to generate images and short clips.
- Iterate on prompts and visuals to meet creative goals and narrative direction.
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies in video and image generation.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Collaborate with the audio team to ensure visuals are perfectly synced with sound.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and backup systems.
- Document workflows and best practices for integrating AI-generated assets.
Requirements
- Education: Degree/diploma in Film, Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or relevant experience.
- Tools: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- AI Tools: Experience with AI-based image/video generation platforms and prompt crafting.
- Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling ability and keen attention to detail.
- Language: Proficiency in understanding and editing content in Tamil

Our platform features audio-series which are more than 100 hrs. long, and we run large-scale ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok & YouTube to drive app installs. We are looking for a talented, promo/ content writer for our performance marketing video content who can play a key role in developing and optimizing ad scripts that resonate with our target audience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Video/Promo Editor with over 5 years of professional experience, including substantial work in Digital and OTT content. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for storytelling, a deep understanding of audience-driven edits, and hands-on expertise with professional editing tools. In addition to traditional editing capabilities, the role requires familiarity with AI-based image and video generation tools to enhance visual quality and creative output. You will be responsible for working with writers to create long-form (30-40 minutes) and short-form (2 minutes) video ads that can capture user attention, engage listeners, and drive conversions.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, including significant work for Digital and OTT platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is essential.
- Familiarity with AI-based tools like Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, Kling to generate Images/Videos and creative enhancement.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate within fast-paced creative teams.
- A strong, updated portfolio/showreel demonstrating work across formats and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital-first brands, broadcast networks, or entertainment platforms.
- Knowledge of German language is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver compelling video content for digital platforms, OTT campaigns, trailers, promos, branded content, and social media.
