Due to internal movement within our Retail division, we are excited to be recruiting a National Promotions Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role based at our Brisbane support office in Eight Mile Plains. Reporting to the Head of Retail - Australia you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our national promotional programs.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in high volume FMCG promotional planning and execution within category management, franchising, or a retailing environment. Support the Senior Manager in rolling out the promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with supplier campaigns and internal objectives

Liaise with suppliers to confirm investment commitments, gather promotional assets, and manage approvals

Administer the supplier billing process, including generating co-op invoices, tracking investment levels and ensuring accurate billing against agreed promotional deliverables

Track promotional performance and compile reports to evaluate sales impact and incentive outcomes

Distribute POS materials and digital content to sites, ensuring timely and visible execution

Maintain a central register of promotional activity, asset allocation, and supplier participation

Assist with drafting internal communications including promotional bulletins and team updates

Manage logistics for product sampling campaigns and themed activations

Monitor stock levels of promotional materials and reorder as needed

Coordinate prize fulfilment and recognition for staff incentive winners

Project Management: Ability to develop, implement, and manage complex promotional campaigns.

Communication: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets, including cost estimation and approval processes.

digital Literacy: Strong competency in using digital tools for Design, Project Management, and communication.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring the accuracy and quality of all materials produced.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional campaigns and supplier relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Canva or other design platforms desirable

3+ years in a marketing coordination or promotions role within Retail industry, FMCG or QSR

Previous experience in invoice tracking, co-op fund management, or supplier billing

Experience supporting remote teams and working with logistical constraints
