Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our team at Analytix Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions related to property operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank statements for each property to ensure accuracy of recorded transactions.
• Create and post journal entries for various property-related transactions.
• Review financial transactions related to property operations, such as rent collection, tenant security deposits, utility bills, maintenance costs, and vendor invoices.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for each property, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Compare actual property expenses to budgeted amounts and identify variances.
• Analyze replacement reserves, make recommendations, and process withdrawals.
• Track lease terms, rent payments, and lease renewals for tenants.
• Communicate with property managers regarding rent payments, late charges, and other lease-related issues.
• Review vendor invoices for property-related expenses.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and real estate regulations.
