As a Jr Property Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities:
Perform general ledger reconciliation for multiple properties
Manage accounts payable and account analysis
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare financial statements and reports for property portfolios
Utilize financial acumen to interpret and analyze financial data
Conduct double-entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
