Insight Property is hiring an Acquisition Specialist!
IPS is a fast growing, Brisbane-based Buyer’s Agency working with clients to build high-performing property portfolios.
We focus on strategy-first investing and give our clients a full end-to-end service — from planning through to acquisition and ongoing portfolio growth. A big part of our edge is the range of both pre and off-market opportunities, which is where this role comes in.
We’re looking for someone hungry, switched on and good with people to help us sort through on-market + find off-market opportunities.
This role is all about building relationships with Real Estate Agents and getting access to deals before they hit the market. If you’re comfortable on the phone, can hold a conversation, and stay consistent with follow-up - you’ll do well here.
What you’ll be doing
Calling, messaging and emailing Real Estate Agents daily
Building strong relationships so Agents bring you deals first
Sourcing off-market and pre-market opportunities
Clearly communicating what we’re looking for (buyer briefs)
Keeping track of conversations and opportunities in
Passing strong opportunities through to the buying team
Staying across what’s happening in your area
Assist the buying team with inspections when needed
What we’re looking for
Greater Brisbane based
Confident communicator
Consistent with follow-up
Organised and able to manage a pipeline
Sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
Real estate experience beneficial
Ability to work some Saturdays (half days)
