We're searching for an experienced and motivated Admin Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You'll work closely with the lawyers and paralegals, play a key role in managing files, and take on a diverse workload that will keep you engaged and growing. What You'll Be Doing
Taking ownership of admin tasks and ensuring files are managed efficiently.
Supporting lawyers and paralegals to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Drafting and formatting legal documents and emails with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handling calls and emails from clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent service.
Keeping client records and information up to date in real time.
Improving the systems, processes and precedents - so that the firm continues to innovate.
Who They Are Looking For
3 to 5 years of experience in an admin role for a Queensland law firm.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability over tasks and client files.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clear and professional in all interactions.
Super organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
