DBN Lennox is a boutique property, commercial and corporate advisory firm on the Gold Coast. We provide high-quality legal services to clients across the east coast of Australia.
We are seeking a talented and driven Property and Commercial Lawyer to join our team as either an Associate or Senior Associate.
Your Role
You will be commercially astute in all aspects of property law, with a focus on:
Property Development: structuring projects, preparing off-the-plan contracts and disclosure documents, and management rights transactions.
Acquisitions and Disposals: advising on business and property amalgamations, as well as high-value land transactions.
Conveyancing: negotiating, drafting, and settling transaction documents for residential and commercial conveyances.
Leasing: advising landlords and tenants on their rights and obligations, and preparing lease documentation.
Loans and Securities: drafting, negotiating, and advising on mortgages, loans, and other debt instruments.
