About the role
Maintain a consistent delivery of the AAL customer experience within claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles.
Triage inbound new claims and liaise with claimants, repairers, and other internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision-making and life of claim outcomes.
Proactively maintain the Property Assessing allocation inbox with new claims and escalations.
Maintain a productive work environment through appropriate planning and workflow management.
Monitor and maintain Allianz-specific customer experience portals and supplier-specific platforms.
Review and report on trends/issues with Property Assessing portfolio.
Maintain supplier invoices and finalize customer settlements.
Ensure adherence with best practice claims assessment practices and processes.
Provide support of the management of Internal assessing claim portfolio.

About You
Experience of working in a customer service role. Property claims experience is desirable.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
