Job Description
You will closely work with owners to manage following tasks:
Coordinates Rental of available space to multiple tenants as per defined process
Advertises available rental space to local property agents, internet and social media channels.
Shows rental space to prospective tenants and answers questions.
Manage document filing and maintenance of properties
Liaison with support staff and vendors to ensure space readiness for rental. Coordinates maintenance
Works on registering rent agreements in court.
Serves as the administrative contact for company for government and private parties
Ensure rents are collected along with electricity and water sharing and deposited to correct accounts.
Manages billing, GST account and other expense accounts as directed
Maintains accounts with accounting and daily reporting to owners
Manages lease renewals and maintenance of properties when required
Flexible to work with owners in supporting administrative needs for other group businesses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications: MS Word, Excel, Email and the Internet
High level of customer service, ethics and some sales orientation
Basic understanding of TALLY and accounting a PLUS
