Join Stockland’s Victoria Communities team as a Development Graduate, supporting the delivery of our masterplanned communities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑volume and early‑stage residential development while learning from experienced professionals who will support your growth into more autonomous responsibilities over time.
This role is based in our Melbourne CBD office with regular travel to the project.
We Are Looking For a Development Graduate
You will support a broad range of operational, administrative and project delivery activities across the full lifecycle of our community development projects. Working closely with the project team, you will help drive the successful planning, design, procurement, delivery and customer experience outcomes that bring Stockland’s vision to life.
What You Will Do
Support project delivery through contract preparation, purchase orders, invoicing and coordination.
Assist with infrastructure delivery, including parks and open space design and management.
Contribute to pricing strategies, release planning, and preparation of marketing materials and design guidelines.
Help progress planning approvals, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, authorities and contractors.
Provide timely and professional responses to operational queries.
Support identification and management of project risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You are proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in property development and community creation. You enjoy working collaboratively, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing to meaningful customer and community outcomes.
Experience and Skills That Count
Tertiary qualification (recent or final‑year) in Property, Town Planning, Construction, Architecture, Commerce, Valuations or Law.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
Strong written communication, coordination and organisational capability.
Commercial awareness and sound problem‑solving skills.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
