Are you passionate about property finance and building strong client relationships? We're looking for a skilled Property Finance Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support to a portfolio of property customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
The role | Te tūranga:
Analyse property transactions and prepare accurate credit submissions with all relevant financial information.
Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers to understand their business and financial needs.
Assist in coordinating customer interactions across the Bank to deliver timely, tailored solutions.
Support the management of daily excesses, covenant monitoring, loan reviews, expired facilities, and watchlist reporting.
Ensure all security and documentation complies with bank policy.
Provide clear, detailed analysis to resolve customer enquiries or complaints efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service, referring clients to the right specialists when required.
About you | Ō pūkenga:
We want someone who brings:
2+ years' experience in property banking with a strong understanding of property, industry, and credit risk is advantageous.
Strong analytical and numeric skills with the ability to interpret valuation and QS reports, and assess risk.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines proactively.
Knowledge of financial markets, transactional banking, cards, and NZ payment systems.
A bachelor's degree in Property (or equivalent) advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and banking systems.
