Full time position carrying out property inventories, PAT's, and EPC´s in rental properties in the Aberdeen area. Training for all tasks will be provided. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, motivated to work on their own, and proud to be able to produce accurate reports in a short period of time.
The successful candidate(s) will:
• carry out regular property inspections
• carry our property inventories
• carry out PAT testing
• carry out EPC testing
• carry out LRA (Legionella Risk Assessments)
• carry out basic admin tasks such as sending and amending reports
• be available to work 40 hours per week
On Target Earnings: £30,000 p.a.
We're looking for someone:
• with a clean UK driver's license
• with an interest in energy and efficiency
• methodical and with a great deal of attention to detail
• with experience in property or compliance
• who enjoys working on their own
• self motivated to produce high quality results
• BONUS but not necessary - trained as a domestic energy assessor (EPC)
