Responsibilities:
Present live webinars, educating potential clients on wealth and investment strategies, guiding them towards our Mentoring Program.
Convert leads into new customers, offering personalised solutions that align with their wealth creation strategies and resulting in sales of our Mentoring Program.
Conduct discovery and strategy sessions with clients, understanding their goals, needs, and financial position to create a buying plan.
Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver comprehensive property investment services and support.
Position properties and property strategies in line with our business roadmap and objectives.
Utilise technology platforms to deliver coaching sessions, strategy meetings, and webinars effectively.
Stay updated on market trends, investment strategies, and industry developments to provide valuable guidance to clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or property investment industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using technology platforms for virtual meetings and webinars.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their application in coaching and community engagement.
Knowledge of property market trends, investment strategies, and finance principles.
Passion for helping people succeed in property investing and making a positive impact.
