Property Legal OfficerLondon Borough CouncilHybrid, 1 day a week in the officeUp to £30 umbrella Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based Local Authority seeking an experienced Property Legal Officer / Senior Paralegal.This role will be offered on an initial 3-month basis, with a strong likelihood of extension. There is a requirement to work on a hybrid basis, attending the office once per week. The rate is flexible, dependent on experience, up to £30 umbrella per hour.The role entails carrying a caseload of legal property matters including but not limited to:Right to BuyLease extensionsCollective enfranchisementLicenses for alterationsAcquisitions of landThe client is looking for someone with experience of working within a local authority setting, but experience in all of the above areas from a private sector background may also be considered.
