We are looking for Property Loan Verification Officer (Work from Office) for one of our leading clients in Nihal Vihar, Nangloi Location.
Work experience around 5 years. All should have experience in " Physical Verification at Customer Site " and " Verifying KYC "

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 / Month
Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Role and Responsibilities:
Checking property papers i.e. GPA notry papers/Sale Deed
Customer personal discussion & understanding loan repayment capacity and intention, current obligations etc
Physical verification at customer site & verifying KYC etc
Reviewing loan kit/paperwork & disbursement of loan.
Flexible and hardworking.
Coordinating with Legal Dept for property paper vetting.
Disciplined and ability to work independently.
Strong leadership skill, should be able to lead a team.
Candidate who have worked in a Bank or a NBFC in operation department. Should have own conveyance & own family residence.
