Job Title: Locum Residential Property Lawyer

Job description: An opportunity to join a busy Local Authority in the North West region has arisen for a Fee Earner to work within the Property team for an initial period of 3 months with a chance of extension.
The requirements will be:
• To deal with residential purchases
• To advise on landlord & tenant matters (leases, tenancies at will etc)
Working arrangement: ASAP start - 3 months. This role is to be performed on a full-time basis. Travel once a fortnight as a minimum.
Previous experience within a Local Government setting is a must.
